Not really.. Russia had nukes in Afgan war.. and they do not used them.. even though US was arming the Talibans. NATO armed FSA in Syria and Russia ally ,and Russia did not used them. Israel has the right to defend itself but for some reason Russia doesn't? Russia modernizes it's entire army for a fraction of the budget of the US and it rarely uses it. Putin as a statesman has shown that he is a historical figure even before he did anything that attracted attention from the west. Getting Russia to function again was a nearly impossible task but he pulled it of.

about the previous video of the tank.. looks like one tank there is from Russian Federation. But if i were to bet.. and if indeed was given by Russia.. they are using Private mercenaries from Russia federation.. It makes no sense to use your official regular army ,since Russia do not have permission to use it.
