To me there is a big difference between insults directed before and after the warning by Garry.

I am not sure why you think earlier 'insults' to M Zakharova, not that I can recall any actual insults as opposed to just telling or not telling the truth in Russian Government PR, carries much weight as she is, as far as we know, not a member here.
