Thanks. I already suspected it couldn't be real.ult wrote:That is an Azerbaijani photograph, not a pilot.

They clearly either don't know about the long arm of Russia or don't care. If they did there would be no photo evidence.BKP wrote:^I predict that bad things are going to happen to the persons in that photo.

Following Gary's comments last night I would respectfully suggest you don't directly link to that kind of photo.KiloGolf wrote:Guys I have bad news, in one of the photos the terrorists have placed the dead pilot's head in a way to decapitate him.
There's also a guy with a knife in the same image

Thanks, as it was pixelated out it might have been OK there but given the sensitivity here, better be safe than sorry.KiloGolf wrote:JohninMK wrote:Following Gary's comments last night I would respectfully suggest you don't directly link to that kind of photo.KiloGolf wrote:Guys I have bad news, in one of the photos the terrorists have placed the dead pilot's head in a way to decapitate him.

The link I used is from a Greek newspaper(top in circulation in the country - protothema.gr), which had it watermark-covered as you see.
I will edit now anyway. The comments in the newspaper range from rage to volunteering for joining the fight.

1) someone said that russia has officially announced that they have part of an artillery brigade in syria, i dont recall this being announced or shown, can we track down the link to it and find any real evidence of it existing?
2) do we have any footage of the t-90s being used yet, or just a few photos that surfaced a few days ago?
Cheers all.Militarov wrote:"Saakashvili: 'Always feel great respect for Turkey, and today this respect was further strengthened."

Yesterday, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu outlined the measures the military response to the incident with the Russian Sukhoi Su-24 shot down on the eve of the Turkish F-16 fighters on the border with Syria. In the near future at the airbase Hmeymim will be deployed anti-aircraft missiles S-400 "Triumph"
All strike aircraft in the operation "Nemesis" carried out under cover of Su-27SM and Su-30cm.
According to "Kommersant", the General Staff is considering increasing the composition of the Russian air group in Syria for another 10-12 aircraft.
All this is also happening in the Latakia Province too, so lots of fighting and apparently the VVS have been hitting the area very hard as well.Cyberspec wrote:Ivan the Colorado wrote:Moderate rebel leaders are dropping like flies. Not all of them by bombs too (see last tweet link).
