If I were Putin I would supply 5.45 39 rather than 7.62 39 rounds to SAA. These are way nastier.
Its Romania not Bulgaria.

I don't think so. I think I saw a near identical video 1 and a half month ago.

Russia says the ceasefire is holding so no need to worry about it.

In Syria exist thousands of rebel groups, if a few big breaks the ceasefire, then it does not mean the smaller groups are not interested in peace. Only a political solution is possible, militants will never die! Reconciliation is the future for syria and the biggest success for Russia was not Palmyra or Latakia province, it was the beginning of the peace process.ultron wrote:Russia says the ceasefire is holding so no need to worry about it.
JN and other islamist scumbags now in the offensive in the area around Aleppo should be crushed and will be crushed soon. Just wait and relax!

Then why didn't Stalin negotiate with Hitler? No one can negotiate with jihadists. They are not afraid of death. They are not Ukrainian soldiers.

Russia says will not help SAA take territory in Aleppo province because Russia will not have confrontation with the West and Turkey and the Gulf states.

^^ I think the Syria thread is more appropriate for that. Let's stick to the Russian involvement here.

They had MANPAD-s whole time in quite significant numbers. Croatia literally depleted own Strela-2M stocks by selling them via NATO to FSA. And we are here talking about hundreds.

Extract from the MoD in Moscow. My highlight, not what is being talked about!
Despite achieved progress in establishing ceasefire regime, armed formations of Jabhat al-Nusra are still supplied with weapons and personnel by Turkey through regions, where opposition units were active. Information about their locations has been received from the American Centre in Amman.
There is information that 8,000 militants of Jabhat al-Nusra have been concentrated in the south-west of Aleppo, and up to 1,500 militants – in the north of the city.
Within last 24 hours, armed groups (up to 200 men) have arrived in Tell Khadiyah and Banes. Two detachments (more than 100 militants) have arrived in Muheim Hanrat village from al-Khalifa. The groups are armed with a tank and 22 off-roaders with large-caliber machine guns.
Russian defence department addressed to US counterparts by different channels for quelling such actions because it could destabilize the situation.
Jabhat al-Nusra is performing active warfare using these forces. Illegal armed groups have captured al-Ais and Zerba. It is known that Jabhat al-Nusra is to launch a large-scale offensive in order to cut off the road linking Aleppo and Damascus.
In the north of Aleppo, attacks against Sheikh Maqsood and al-Zagra as well as offensive on Handrat are continued.
It is necessary to stop such actions of terrorists in order to prevent siege of northern regions of Syria. That is why all actions performed by Syrian troops and Russian aviation are aimed at disrupting plans of Jabhat al-Nusra.
It is necessary to stress that assault of Aleppo is not being planned.
