Also, what about Russian intelligence or even German intelligence? They are not corrupt as US and UK. How could they not see this coming?

Russia seems to have contained the virus relatively efficiently which suggests they got the right intel at the right time and did the right things to prevent a serious outbreak within their borders...

You are assuming they did not see it coming. Did you expect public warnings from Russia before December? Why would Russia
do that? To expose its intelligence gather capability? Russia had the correct response at the beginning of the pandemic and
that was its only option.

Which raises a good question... what is the correct method... warn everyone straight away and put everyone in lock down immediately and create panic and economic suicide... or look at sources of the virus and limiting and restricting the flow of infected people to contain it.... while sending people to places badly effected like Italy to try to learn about the disease and develop defences against it... drugs to improve survival rates and of course antibodies to fight the disease and followed by a cure and then an immunisation solution for those that are not infected.

Russia did warn the U.S about 9/11 and the Boston Bombing even before they occurred.

Russia could have also warned friendly countries like Serbia, Kazakhstan and maybe even countries in Africa, Latin America and S-E asia. Russia did ban the entry of Chinese citizens into Russia but this development took place only after covid19 became a major outbreak.

So clearly while the US, UK, potentially China are responsible for the spread of this virus there was clearly a major intel failure as well.
