after syria and libya, greece and cyprus will be next for Erdogan

Don't worry he will come on horses and with sticks, nothing more lol1

More seriously, I keep repeating but no one listen. Turkey has not the economy or military to sustain its ambitions.

Lybian Haftar is backed by Russia/Egypt/KSA/UAE. Assad is backed by Russia/Iran/Hezbollag. Cyprus is backed by France/Italy.

Just economic sanctions from all of them would send Turkey and Erdogany down the toilet.

Military speaking if they all open a front, Turley won't last 2 hours. No air defence. It's f-16 are easy targets for sukhois or Rafales which proved during exercise they are always winners against f-16. Its navy is lot of corvettes with no air defence.

This guy really needs to cool down before Turkey get destroyed. And by destroyed I really mean destroyed. Greece, France and Russia are used to draw new borders on maps.

You guys are giving too much importance on how many Turks have been killed, how much the SAA has suffered and how many nusrats have been sent to meet their virgins.

The important thing is : What is happening on the ground.

The only territorial gains that were made today were by the SAA who took the Al-Ghab plains in south Idlib.
Look at the big picture: Over the last few weeks, the SAA captured more than half of areas controlled by nusrat in Idlib.
    Syrian War: News #21 - Page 16 M0tKFk7
    Red areas are SAA
Purple areas are the territories recently captured by SAA
Green areas are the jihadi nusrats supported by the Turks
Black area is the contested area of Saraqib.

The map is from yesterday. Today's capture of Al-Ghab plains by the SAA are not shown on this map yet.

Saraqib is currently still held by the Nusrats, but they are unable to consolidated there because of RuAF harasement. The SAA can take it back just as easily as it abandoned it a few days ago (after capturing it). It is likely that Saraqib will become some sort of no-man's land.

As of now, the front is stabilizing:
The Russians will not let the nusrats/Turks launch any offensive.
The Turks/nusrats don't want the SAA to reopen the M5 highway.

Active diplomacy is happening between Moscow, Ankara etc.
    If diplomacy fails:
Turkey is trying but failing to gather sufficient support from USA, NATO,etc.
Russia is moving its Navy and getting the bombers ready.

Next few days (perhaps hours) will reveal what will happen.

SyAF and SyDF are not allowed to fire at Turkish drones

    That's overall nonsense.

It's to cover the SAA and SyAF failures. Drones are open targets especially since no life onboard.

Also because these drones, unlike S-70 Okhotnik, have no stealth to speak of and slower than my car and carry no more than two Kornet size missiles. Pathetic.

Correct, everyone is forgetting the reason for fighting in the first place: territory

SAA took a decent chunk of it despite the recent mess so whatever the game plan is it's getting results

Looking at the map I think they should be getting on with taking Joel el Sugar soon thumbsup

    BEWARE of propaganda reports:

Some say that the Turkish footage of a Pantsir destruction is not from Syria but from Libya.
Others say that it happened a few days ago at Kwaires airbase in Syria, others say that it was at Abu-duhur and that the UAV itself was destroyed afterwards.

    Lots of propaganda floating around.
Don't believe anything that you see or hear.

P.S. There are reports that a Turkish airstrike is being countered by Syrian Air defenses around Aleppo right now.

A second Turkish helicopter was shot down in the sky of Aleppo countryside a little while ago .to check

So drones can't be shot down , but hellicopters can ? the entire claim that putin told to not shot down
turkey drones ,should be either misinformation or missunderstanding. my best is that many of those attacks
on soviet era artillery are old footage or not from syria.. in was.. disinformation is part of warfare too.
to scare and fool the enemy into retreating..

    unfortunately for erdogan
Russia can't retreat from syria.. it can't allow alqaeda to hold a position there.. neither they can abandon
syria ,when erdogan attacks it.. is not even under consideration such a possibility. Russia have enough power
to completely destroy the turkey army and turkey territory and plenty of military power ,to force erdogan leave syria without conditions.. i don't think anyone in turkey will consider acceptable , to a full scale war with russia ,
that erdogan will have no way to win...Just 1 sarmat strike will send turkey to the stone age and force them to surrender if don't want to be hit by more.. Erdogan is ill advice if thinks russia will not use nuclear weapons ,if they feel is the only way to save many lives . even putin suggested the idea in 2015.. that he hoped have no need ever to use nukes.. just 1 kiloton nuclear small strike between Saraqib ,nayrib and the other big city sarmin ? will be enough to wipe the terrorist near those positions. erdogan will need to teach his soldiers how to dodge nuclear missiles.. Wink

Russia has been pivoting to the Gulf monarchies and Egypt recently. They are sworn enemies of Turkey and scared shitless of rebirth of Ottoman. Last thing they want to see is rebirth of Islam and ruled by Turks again. Turkey is poor compared to Gulf monarchies. It is much better for Russia to be enemy with Turkey until Erdogan is out of power and democracy is restored to Turkey.

There is no nation that fought more wars against Russia than Turkey (16 times). They lost the most of them, but they were never afraid to start another one.

Putin can make Erdogan afraid of war and scare him with Russian bombs, because Erdogan is not a Turk but a Georgian.

But a real Turk dont fear death, Ruskies, Yanks or nukes. Turks have war in their blood.

And Russian population is decreasing anyway. Russians dont marry anymore and Russian men are drinking to much, thats bad for sex. Thats why Russian women search for men in Turkey, Egypt etc.

Turkish population is increasing, in every Turkic country.

Yeah, the American wet dream... they love to see anyone fighting Russians, whether it is China or India or their own HATO ally Turkey... they don't care... they will even support terrorists like Al quada if they are fighting Russians.

Russia can even supply some of the latest Verba MANPADS which have thermal and can shoot at night.

All IR guided MANPADS can be used at night... you just need a night sight that allows you to find the target to point the missile seeker at and identify for the launch.

The missiles themselves see in IR and can target things in any visible light conditions except fog...

BTW any ban on shooting down drones would generally be given when friendly drones are being used to prevent local forces shooting down friendly drones trying to find targets to hit.
