There have been a series of public statements by British officials regarding Putin's likely use of nuclear weapons in Ukraine. This is clearly the ultimate wet dream fantasy of the architects of this war - an exhausted Russia pushed to the brink of a humiliating defeat forced to rely on nuclear weapons. They have in mind limited tactical nuclear weapon use on Ukrainian soil - no one thinks Putin has the balls to actually strike a NATO country. This scenario plays out with an outraged world and domestic audience leading to an overthrow of Putin and an eventual disarmament of Russia as a nuclear state with of course a "new deal and new era for a peaceful and prosperous Russia" brought under the benign wing of the NWO. The Khodorkovsky's of the world get to reclaim their assets and Russia gradually fragments into multiple states under a "federated" model.

The latest Firefox updates are screwing with the TLS connections to Russian video websites. I cannot reach certain videos anymore.
But using the Tor browser I can see them. I know that VPN is supposed to avoid site blocking but this is not site blocking, this is
sabotage from Firefox.

Yeah, this bullshit started a few years ago with claims by US thinktank experts (ie experts in spin and bullshit) that there was a risk that Russia was designing and building low energy nukes for their missiles... of the sort of bunker buster level nukes the US idiots were toying with when they realised conventional weapons just didn't have the power to collapse bunkers unless you knew exactly where they were.
The result was the claim that low yield nukes would be OK if it meant taking out the enemy heads... but perhaps that didn't sit well with the decision makers in the western military or civilian leaders because that would lead to Russia developing the same thing of which they would be the target.
Imagine WWIII where their survival is not assured? Unacceptable...
Well the thing with nukes is that you make them really big for a couple of reasons... to take out the enemy population by flattening entire cities or to take on super hardened enemy locations like the floors below the Pentagon or SG-1 mountain etc etc.
The problem of course is like the cluster bomb problem with conventional explosives... really hard targets and bigger heavier bombs are more effective, but for soft targets big bombs are not efficient at all and in fact tiny bombs scattered evenly over the area are rather more effective at getting good quality coverage.
Hitting a huge city like London with a single heavy nuke... say a 5 megaton bomb would do terrible damage over a wide area... but actually if you placed 5 x 500Kt bombs in a pattern across London the devastation would be more complete with a much larger area of destroyed ground even though on paper only half the energy is being released.
A 1 megaton bomb does not destroy an area 5 times smaller than a 5 megaton bomb, or more accurately making the bomb 5 times bigger does not increase the destruction area by 5 times.... the centre of the blast is totally destroyed, while the 5 times increase in power will modestly increase the destruction area.
Having multiple much smaller blasts placed around the city would be more effective in bringing houses and buildings down and killing people.
Another reason for smaller warheads is they are easier to make and are cheaper and as accuracy improves their reduced power becomes less relevant.
If you are dropping bombs on a target but can't reliably hit the target then you have to use the biggest bombs you have and even then you might need to attack the target multiple times to assure its destruction.
With real precision you attack once with a bomb big enough to get the job done.
Anyway the think tank decided that the Russians were making very low yield nukes in the hopes of being able to use them in a conventional war... presumably to allow them to compensate for a lack of conventional capable/firepower.
I rather suspect the think tank has realised that smaller nukes are cheaper and easier to carry in numbers and their best way of getting such weapons approved for their own forces would be to claim the Russians have them already... so obviously we need them.
The amusing thing is that everything they try to do to get Putin kicked out of office seem to make him more popular at home and internationally outside the west of course.

Yes, it is annoying at first but haven't seen it since many months. Only when I am on a new system then this captha garbage indeed pops up.

I have found out what happened in the case of Rutube. Apple demanded that it remove all "government propaganda" videos and
gave it two weeks. Rutube has been bending over like the clowns they are and restricting access to its videos to foreigners.
So it is not Firefox that is my problem. Tor uses a peer to peer format for browsing so I am bypassing the restrictions this way.
Why does Rutube care about Apple iOS? Seriously, WTF. Russian companies are surrendering to the enemy. Rutube should
only care about the Russian domestic market plus the world outside of NATzO. Even if Apple restricts access, Chinese companies
can fill the gap in terms of cell phone access around the planet. Clearly Apple has no control over the Russian market.
