Yes, brave, working very close to target. I am not sure if KA-52 is as armored as Mi-28, for my unprofessional opinion they looked more sophisticated and more fragile unlike flying tanks Mi-24/Mi-28.

I thought you could see smoke, flames coming out in the mirror, but it was flares... Yes, they were lucky and landed without ejecting, but not sure how to say in English, it had to land like a plane which means maybe it was losing power? KA-52 is very roomy inside, no wonder these lads had AK-74 with them, not AKsu or APS.

I went to an English public school back in the 50/60s and we had a very broad minded music teacher, he played it to us.
