More countries impose Covid-19 restrictions on Chinese travelers

Western Double Standard: they refuse to implement the Zero Covid policy like China did, but now they impose sanction on Chinese travelers with the excuse of Covid.

Probably the Covid virus was educated by communism in China and become more dangerous for the West.

It should be written "The negative reaction was even more severe".

And this means nothing at all to what I said, which was that that Kissenger quote was fake and that that meeting never happened, there is no eugenics branch of WHO and he never said any such thing.

Which completely disproves the conspiracy theories about the vaccines... if they were really meant to cull the population they would have given them to the poor countries and the poor people in their own populations...

Another factor is that different vaccines are different... it is amusing how they all get lumped together as all being bad when if there was anything wrong with Chinese or Russian vaccines we would be made aware of that very very quickly...

So based on that we can assume that the foreign vaccines are doing a good job, but the rushed and experimental western vaccines are part of the problem...

@Garry: The worst part of inequality vaccination is that instead of transfer the surplus vaccine doses to poor countries, the rich countries destroyed it.

Dozen millions of was destroyed by Switzerland, Canada, and others, while the one they "donate" to the poor countries are close to expiration dates.

But don't you love the irony if the rushed but superior western vaccines that they would over charge for anyway, are slowly damaging their own populations while the vaccines the rest of the world can get like the Russian and Chinese and many other vaccines might actually not just do the job but be cheaper and much less dangerous in the long term.

Wouldn't it be great if Pfizer caused infertility for instance... the rest of the world is probably better off without it... in terms of value for money the Russian and other vaccines are cheaper to make and appear to be more effective without all the side effects the rushed western vaccines seem to have.

The west shoots itself in the foot yet again while showing their own true colours where countries in united Europe grounded aircraft to steal healthcare equipment and vaccines from other countries because they deemed their own need to be greater...

These people are truly selfish bastards and they couldn't hide it... but then anyone paying attention in the rest of the world already knew that.

The sad thing is that the gardener in the west has been dead for a few decades now and the garden is getting very tatty, but rose colour glasses that everyone wears helps hide the decline and the decay.

China reports almost 60,000 COVID-19 deaths in a month

There have been almost 60,000 COVID-related deaths in China since it began removing its zero-COVID restrictions in early December, health authorities reported on Saturday.

Some 59,938 COVID-related deaths were recorded between December 8, 2022, and January 12, 2023, Jiao Yahui, Bureau of Medical Administration head, told reporters, adding that cases had peaked and were declining.

Nationwide, "the number of fever clinic visitors is generally in a declining trend after peaking, both in cities and rural areas," he said.

Of the almost 60,000 deaths, 5,504 were due to respiratory failure brought on by COVID-19. The rest were due to other underlying illnesses combined with a coronavirus infection.

The average age of those included in Saturday's results was 80.3 with more than 90% being over 65. Most also had underlying health conditions.
