    Sure, but there were a lot of specificities there on the ground.
    Plus it was 1/3rd of a conventional bomb run the Allies performed in Dresden or Hamburg.
    I visited both, the Germans struggled to put some povder on the scarves, but you can see it to this very day.

    Hiroshima = ONE bomb.
    Dresden = thousands relentlessly.

    And also, might I remind you who Ukraine is?

    Right, let us not draw comparisons,

    The entire USAF against s125... and S75 Dvina...

    Some Russian air regiments against s300 and buk

    In addition, the comparison between the US fighting Iraq and Russia fighting Ukraine is really nonexistent.

    Ukraine is supported by NATO with modern equipment incl. manpads and javelins, army training, western mercenaries (e.g. blackrock), satellite imagery, high altitude UAV's. We have already seen the hourly reports coming from US with exact locations of Russian troops. I have no doubt there is a dedicated operations room in the Pentagon where teams of strategists are working around the clock working on strategy and troop movement. The US is involved deeply and most probably actually running the show while Zelinsky is a fundraiser for the military industrial complex.

    Iraq had none of that. A few Toyotas with guns and outdated material what was left after Desert Storm 1 was finished. Still the US lost over 4.500 people, and Iraqi civilian casualties ended up around 250k

    I don't consider NATO support to be at all taken into consideration when estimating Ukrainian strength

    Ukraine is what it is, due to its soviet doctrines and weaponry

    HIMARS, M777 and all those weapons as well as TB2 had no effect in the war whatsoever

    The biggest impact was done by mines, Neptun (kh35), car bombs, human wave attacks, and other such tactics

    And Russian own neglect of battles

    I don't have esteem for NATO in slightest

    It needs to be true.. as the only way to keep the occupied territory safe.. is.. advance and occupy enemy positions. Russia must advance.

    retaking Kharkov and taking Sumy will ensure some "safe zone" where Himars and maybe Tochka cannot reach Russian territory. giving people in Belgorod, Kursk and Voronezh some well deserved rest. Fully liberating Donetsk will keep Ukrainian or most of them at least from Rostov on Don. and taking Odessa and Nikolaev ensures sea dominance.. Russian navy ship no longer need to fear shore based missiles. and snake island can finally be used as proper base for air defense.

    U.S hitting back against countries that refused to join the anti Russia axis.

    Indians will have to wait 800 + days to get a US visa. Corresponding wait period for Chinese .... 2 days.

    That's simply due to volume. Huge amount of visa fraud among Indians, plus millions waiting to come in on non-immigrant visas and stay. Here in Indonesia the wait time is 43 days for a visitor visa, 3 days for a student visa, and we just invited Putin to Bali.

    The press of Ukraine writes that at a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council, Zelensky may announce his withdrawal from the Budapest Memorandum with the rejection of non-nuclear status

    Anglo maniacs do not accept anything else than surrender, they may learn that Russia does not accept anything different than sovereignty. The meaning of those talks about "striking decision centers" becomes clear now.

    He must be doing that on US advice to wind up the Russians. But World opinion won't like Ukraine trying to become a nuke state.

    Maybe this is what all the shouting about Russians using nukes was leading up to.

    US absolutely wants to goad Russia into the use of tactical nuclear weapons in Ukraine.

    Time will tell if Putin and co fall into the trap.

    The US spends $750 billion per year on pure defense spending, that doesn't include spending on forever wars, which is another few hundred billion per year. $100b in 6 months is nothing. Funding to Ukraine will amount to $200-300b per year over the next 3 years, without a doubt.

    I've seen that HIMARS will not be delivered from US army inventories, but it needs to be produced. That's, at least, few months delay.
