The impact on combat military targets is not that big. The only devastating effect tactical nukes have is breaking down is chain of command and highly demoralizing for combat troops who can eyewitness it. But the military is the only system where a quick response and regain of command is possible. In a civilian sector this would be unthinkable.

Anyways, what I think is as each days passes we are coming closer and closer to that day where someone will see this magic mushroom. I personally would expect a low amount of nukes getting exchanged in Europe and maybe in non European theaters to "safe face". I don't believe they would nuke Russian mainland, since that is such a high risk for strategic retaliation that it's unfavorable. However, looking at the calm and passive/reactionary nature of Russia I would not be surprised, that even in the unlikely event of the US tactically nuking russian mainland with single digit nukes, that Russia would touch it's strategic arsenal.

In such an event Russia would destroy 9 european NATO bases and maybe, just only maybe "decision making" centers in form of Reichstag, but that is hiiiiighly unlikely.

By all means and recent provocations by NATO and the Anglo-saxon inferiority complex of them being the only country that had a thermonuclear genocide, they want to wash themselves free by setting up traps for Russia to do the same. There is an undoubtedly immense moral dent in all internal opinion regarding the use of Fatman and Little Boy on Nagazaki and Hiroshima. Only US citizens and some minor part of their Vassals have eaten the lie about  "saving lifes by nuking these cities".

We my strangers, are living in the time that will go down in history as a human disaster and some of us will be in the middle of it.

To this day, most of this imbeciles even when told into their face are in full blow back syndrom about the Kramatorsk Ukrainian Tochka-U deliberately killing civilians at the train station, which they planned from the gathering of the civilians there up to the propaganda machinery the minute of the explosion to blame it on Russia.

They are trying to write this ridiculous stuff for history not for our time line. Remember the lies of Holodomor, they did the same with the grain. The western asylum is plastered by this kind of narative that Russia is trying to create famines. And they will show Ukropian helicopter using flares to ignite the crop fields as being Russian.
