Twelve Ukrainian servicemen lay down arms, cross into Russia
They served in Ukraine’s 72nd mechanized brigade.

    ROSTOV-ON-DON, August 03, 14:29 /ITAR-TASS/.

Twelve Ukrainian army servicemen have laid down their arms and crossed into Russia’s southern Rostov region, a spokesman for the regional border department said on Sunday.

Russia hands over 4 wounded Ukrainian servicemen to Ukraine “The servicemen laid down their arms and crossed into Russia through the Gukovo border checkpoint. The motives for this act are currently being established,” the spokesman said. The Ukrainian servicemen crossed into Russia on Saturday, the spokesman said, adding that they had served in Ukraine’s 72nd mechanized brigade. The instances when Ukrainian troops crossed into Russia were also registered before.

    http://en.itar-tass.com/russia/743361

The biggest news however for me ,was one posted some pages ago
that soldiers from the ukie army and Novorosiya forces were both being helped at same hospital
at the borders of Ukraine ,inside Russia Rostov Region and sharing the same room.

For any Ukie army with some brains left ,including the euromaidan and neonazis buts who have been hostile to Russia ,as soon they cross the border into Russia for help , and they threated like a human beings and receive full medical help ,and allowed to return to their nation to continue fighting or stay and seek asylum in Russia if they desire. It will be painfully obvious that they have been deceived by the west, and that they were duped the entire time.

Even thought is a little early to predict all , and even when Ukraine have no chance to become a united Nation under kiev junta in Power. The possibilities the entire Revolution in KIEV,could reverse and turn from an Euro maidan into a Russian Maidan in most Ukraine with the neonazis fully awakened into how they were dupped ,becoming now Neutral to Russia. Such scenario is not far from reality ,IF Russia plays their cards right and shows that they are not their enemies and ready to help all them.

I can say without a doubt.. the entire Euromaidan revolution can be summarized in Pure Ignorance. And this is
why, even though Russia Nation security is at risk.. not all is lost. Now that the Euromaidans have all they wanted
,the EU deal signed that Yakunovych rejected ,they will finally wake up, and see how they all were deceived ,that it was not as good as they were told. Only when Ukrainians wake up ,and see things the way they are , that they have been used ,cheated ,and fooled ,only then is when their Nation will move forward.

This is exactly what is happening in greece. that the Anti-EU parties are becoming stronger.. but this is what i have heard. maybe arkapola can educate me here.. LOL

The hohols in the Southern Cauldron are as good as dead you could say.
Unfortunately, by being on the edge of a great victory, the Resistance currently gains nothing, and can't send troops where needed elsewhere.
But surely they can't be allowed to destroy the equipment rather than let the Resistance get it.

Also, why let them surrender then go back to Kiev and come back fighting again?
Either kill them or have them as prisoners of war. (Military prisons in Donetsk and Lug might stop other hohols bombing the cities!)

If Nazis think "oh we can just kill and then surrender, get sent home, and repeat all over again", where is the deterrent?

Alot of the trooops in the Cauldron are top end professionals. Exactly NOT the ones you'd wan t to fight a 2nd time. Or even a 1st.

I think those who speak Ukrainian/Russian might be spared the rest should be executed on spot. Pretty simple.

The ones who dont speak Ru/Ukr technically "dont exist". Wink

Re the vehicles, they could turn some of them over/guns facing the opposite way, or whatever.
And then walk, hands on heads towards the Resistance. This would minimise the number of Resistance troops tied up.
Maybe then use PoWs to check the handed over weapons for booby traps etc.

Any way you look, they should be considered prisoners of war, enemy soldiers on another state's territory, and therefore imprisoned for the duration of the conflict or longer.

TBH, i don't think he learned a lesson untill he would be wounded and i also only aggree partially with GarryB.

I don't think he made this hitler salute as a joke, especially not in a country that has a fascist state, nazis openly walk in Kiew around, killing for months everyone who does not shout the same nazi crap as them and when in your country are people genocided by the army with such a blatant propaganda like you can see everywhere in Ukraine.

Based on the title of the "article" that you have referred to, I would not click on that link; so you should provide a synopsis of the article, showing the "thought process" the "author" has labored under, so that we can properly laugh at him. Otherwise, there is no reason to refer to such an article.

But I wonder what will happen to them?
Surely not released so they can rearm and kill men, women, children who's "crime" is wanting to speak Russian?

At the very least, Russia should have some reason to detain them til the conflict is well and truly over.
There's attacking Ru border posts, unlawful entry into Russia, human rights violations and war crimes to investigate. After all, their "job" was to starve Donbass of food, medicines etc.

I dont think Harvard or any Ivy league should ever be considered a sign of brains, or even a sign of ability.
Its the same with Oxford and Cambridge etc.

Even tho its pretty hard for someone of "normal" background to get into these places.

In most cases, its more a sign of being part of a social class. One with money, and the same set of (lack of!) values.

George Bush went to Yale, and lets face it, even ignoring the fact he was complete slime, he was jawdroppingly unintelligent.

Its very sad to see, but America is becoming as class-based as England is today, or England was in Victorian times.
This is how bizarre, outdated and stagnant thinking is propagated. Countries become consumed in their own ignorance and hubris and corruption. Then they wonder why they fuck up.

Have to admit that this it true and this is what has to change in order for the East to take charge. There are still things that never change.
Like I say not even a damn car semi competitive is ever produced in Russia or India or China. Is not all that difficult to do it but yet never do it.
A Russian yacht company might be more promotional than 100 nuclear plants or a luxury wristwatches company. Doesn't take a lot to create a famous clock.
It's really detrimental (not listen to the Rolex crap) and then just put enough gold and diamonds. Yet I have nothing of Russian origin in my ownership and this sucks tremendously.
This is the reason why you see orange revolutions everywhere or why Orthodox girls still amass Athenian strip clubs circa 2014.....

You see manufacturing cars or yacht are not signs of development . Recently Honda & Toyota left Australia for good .

Obviously Russia is producing a variety of products from fighter aircrafts to civilian aircrafts . From submarines to tanks . The whole nine . The same can be said about both China & India as well .

There are indigenous companies that manufacture a variety of stuff both big and small . The largest car maker in India is a local company not a foreign one .

It all boils down to cost of production . If it's cheaper to develop something in Russia/China/India do that else import it .

A majority of entrepreneurs in the US have historically come from foreign countries.

Products manufactured in Russia/China/India always get a bad press in the Western world .

And since a LIE repeated often becomes the TRUTH , people in the west believes that only sub standard products are manufactured in the East .

I have to finish a document now. It's 9:30 PM here, and as usual I am working.
