    Lyashko, again

    http://www.rt.com/news/315789-lyashko-poroshenko-impeachment-ukraine/

The leader of Ukraine’s far-right Radical Party, Oleg Lyashko, has demanded President Poroshenko be impeached for his “crimes” and attempts to build a “dictatorship.” The heated statement came after the arrest of Lyashko’s party colleague in a bribery scandal.

“Poroshenko is building a dictatorship! Poroshenko is trying to establish authoritarian power by means of intimidations and bribery,” Lyashko told the TV-channel “News One” from near the Ukrainian parliament. “I am warning Poroshenko, these are criminal activities which amount to the [need for the] procedure of impeachment and resignation.”

“I demand that the Ukrainian parliament adopts a presidential impeachment law, a provisional investigatory commission law and launches the procedure for the impeachment of President Poroshenko for the crimes he committed holding the post,” Lashko added, expressing his readiness to give evidence against Poroshenko in court.

Russian authorities have summoned the Polish diplomatic mission’s highest-ranking officials to account for the dismantling of a monument in the Polish town of Pieniezno which honored a Soviet Army World War II general.

Both Russia's Foreign Ministry and Defense Ministry have condemned the dismantling of the monument to General Ivan Chernyakhovsky, who was one of the leaders of the Soviet campaign against Nazi Germany in Poland.

The Polish Ambassador Katarzyna Pelczynska-Nalecz was called in by the Foreign Ministry on Thursday to provide an insight into what has happened in Pieniezno, the press service of the Polish embassy in Moscow said.

The winery is a bit over 100 years old, the official founding date is 1894. I like their Muskat, a sweet table wine, but then I'm no konosewer of wine and would be considered a cretin by wine snobs. I had no idea there was such a collection of wine tucked away in the cellars but on the other hand it is not surprising. First I've heard of the event, which is surprising in light of the heavy news coverage locally concerning the wanderings of that pair down to and including breathless reports of every time one of them broke wind.

1001 likes for the phrase "falsehood of the thesis of Ukrainian nationalism".

    http://www.rt.com/news/315800-kiev-ban-media-sanctions/

Cesar Vidal, historian, writer and contributor for Spain’s de La Razon, told RT that he was not surprised that Kiev did not remove him from the blacklist on Thursday.

He believes that he was included in the sanctions list in the first place because he wrote “about the falsehood of the thesis of Ukrainian nationalism” and about some media coverage of “the reality in Ukraine.”

“Ukrainian nationalism is a real enemy of freedom,” he said. The Ukrainian government is “persecuting people who are telling the truth. They are denying terrible tragedies like the 2 million Ukrainians who have fled to Russia, fleeing from Poroshenko and his government. This is the real reason.”

“Nobody can believe that there is total freedom in Ukraine now in many aspects,” he believes.

There was some nonsense yesterday with a video of a group of women singing on the 46B bus in Donetsk and out of the windows could be glimpsed "stuff". Likely the "stuff" was heading into Donetsk for the parade rehearsal last night.

These diplomatic protests are a waste of time. Kick Poland in the 'nads, ban more food imports and it is about time Russia started to build
a vocal case for force majeure on its gas contracts. These clowns don't deserve normal treatment. They need costs imposed on them
and Russia should impose a one year limit on all gas contracts. No 20-30 year commitments and no discounts.

May be there will be no more money for Kyiv.

    http://www.rt.com/business/315839-ukraine-debt-deal-creditors/

A group holding $500 million in Ukrainian Eurobonds maturing on September 23 is ready to block the country’s restructuring deal, Bloomberg reports. The investors claim to have a veto right, which implies their stake is at least 25 percent of the debt.

Shearman & Sterling, a US law firm representing the group of bond holders, e-mailed a statement to Bloomberg, saying its client's investments are delayed for more years than others. The statement added that these private bond holders have enough muscle to block the deal.

This is not the first time Shearman & Sterling has called Kiev’s agreement with creditors unfair. In late August, a creditor committee led by Franklin Templeton (which owns about $7 billion of Ukrainian bonds) agreed a 20 percent write-off of some $18 billion worth of Eurobonds.

"It has been suggested that all bondholders should get identical packages of new bonds," said the company last week.

Not VDV, they just seem to be borrowing the beret and telnyashka to indicate "elite" status. Most of them seem to be wearing the old style beret from Soviet times.

You have to wonder if there are any 'not on message' evidential bits amongst this wreckage. It is certainly something that might worry someone. Bet it doesn't get released back to Holland before the report is issued.

DONETSK, September 18 (Sputnik) — The self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic in eastern Ukraine has collected most of the debris remaining on its territory after last year's crash of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17, and wishes to hand it over to the Netherlands, the republic's acting Attorney General Andrey Spivak said Friday. "The collection process is almost complete at this point, and we express our readiness to officially hand over the fragments to the Dutch side, as we believe it is absolutely necessary to introduce them to the investigation," Spivak said in a statement.

In July 2014, Malaysia Airlines flight MH17, en route from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, went down in the eastern Donetsk region of Ukraine. All 298 people on board, the majority of whom were Dutch citizens, died in the accident.

A preliminary report, conducted by the Dutch Safety Board, concluded that the aircraft broke up in midair after being hit from outside by numerous high-energy objects. On October 13, the Dutch Safety Board is expected to present its final report.

I would like to see photos of how much they collected as Patrick Lancaster filmed human bones and quite large debris still there back in July. I would also like to know if Russian forensics have had a chance to examine what they have found.

Could have been written by at least a couple of you on here!

Ukraine. All towards one goal. All for one. Amazing unanimity of direction and sequence of events. Nothing happens beyond the general trend. And especially, there is nothing that could contradict it.

Ukraine as a huge ship, which is wall to wall full of people. These people have their own life. Business. Plans. Dreams. But all this is in brackets. Outside the brackets is a ZERO. And the math function "multiply". All these human to do lists, plans, dreams and so on are already multiplied by zero. No matter what happens on the ship, which has a giant hole, and it is rapidly disappearing under the water...

Jaresko has finally admitted that Ukraine is in a state of technical default. Hand grenades are exploding across the country. The masses, transfixed, are waiting for the utility bills. In Donbass the ATO heroes crush civilians with armored vehicles, shoot each other with machine guns and ambush volunteers in the fight for control of the contraband traffic. The polio epidemic is growing. Unemployment and prices are growing at a record pace. There are not enough reserves of coal and gas. The country is chocking in the smoke of fires...

And over it all hangs the heavy layer of sticky, dirty hate. It's not easy to understand who hates who and for what. There is an impression that now everyone hates everyone. Yesterday I talked with a friend from Kiev. The sweetest and kindest man. Used to be. Because he is ready to kill. The government. And indiscriminately. It is revealing that he is not alone in his desire. He supported the first Maidan. Was horrified by the second. Now ready to go to the third to... Says, he is unable to flee the country. Personal circumstances. So he is preparing to face the oncoming $%^& in Kiev. His words convey a grim determination to die, but taking with him one of the objects of his hate. And what will happen next – F%ck it! This mental state is very similar to the "heroic pessimism" of Nietzsche.

Faster then the polio epidemic in Ukraine grows the epidemic of fierce hatred towards the authorities. The people have mentally ripened for the excesses. Just need a good reason for the explosion. The pleas of the zombie-box [TV] are no longer effective on the bulk of the population. At least on the part of Poroshenko, Yatsenyuk and Co's innocence. Not only the ratings of individual politicians are at zero, but of all state institutions of Ukraine.

The air smells of the sacramental: "I will stab all the nobles"...

The feeling is reminiscent of the eve of Maidan. But now the critical mass of the chain reaction is several times greater. On its background Maidan is a firecracker.

And ahead is the fall, winter and a lot of very interesting events...

October 18th is definitely THE date to look forward to. Don't forget what happens during the days before that. The Ukrops might be planning to kill or kidnap important political figures who will be going for the seats. Or the VSU might go full retard and go on the offensive. Maybe the situation in Syria will change considerably and have a direct consequence on what happens in DNR/LNR and vice versa.

I doubt there would be any offensive. Poroshenko cares only about his pocket. Donbas has no value to him. As long as he is prez in Kiev, he's happy with the way things are. Any offensive would break Minsk 2, and Russia would have the right to go to war with Ukraine. In such a scenario, Poroshenko would no longer be prez in Kiev, and he would cry. So this is why I think the conflict is frozen forever because it serves the interests of Poroshenko.

Well that Ivan dude actually fought against Polish resistance in Vilnius. So it's not like he is hero of Poland. More or less he helped to get capital city back to Lithuania. To be honest I am quite happy that Armija Krajowa got their arses kicked, they weren't nice guys (not as bad as banderites in Ukraine, but they were trying)
