This is just internal EU crap and has nothing to do with Russian ops in Syria. Why go off topic?

No problem. I usually keep a low profile most of the time. I prefer to spend my time listening.
Given that this is a US video and the US is supposed to be the world's premier country, it is as you say hugely concerning that they seem to not give a sh*t about 'rules of war' unless it is something done against them. So far, from all the evidence we have seen, Russia seems to be applying in general a higher standard in its operations.
#Syria #Aleppo After use of Chlorine gas yd. #Russia bombing strategic al-Eis town with White Phosphorus & Napalm
After all this crying and moaning by pro terror twitter accounts, i must say, bomb them more and more, Bomb them Again and again!
It's been discussed many times already that Russia uses thermite, or to be more precise, thermate which is the more potent military equivalent. White phosphorus can't cut through armored vehicles, thermate can, and Napalm is an archaic incendiary substance from the 1960's, which is inferior to thermite let alone thermate.
did it miss both targets? the first vehicle looked still intact after the strike. second strike looked marginally off or am I looking at it incorrectly? did the third vehicle get away?

The target cursor or whatever you call it looked like it was on the front of the vehicles (or nearly on front hood), so the missile followed that path. It seems to either hit in the front or right in front of it. The vehicle would be toast either way.

The second one looked like it detonated behind the vehicle and neither missile looked like it did much damage considering the takfiri rats scurrying about. They should have strafed the takfiri rats with machine gun fire.

With machine gun it doesn't have? Not to mention that the distance to target was 5.8 kilometers.
The first target was hit, it's just didn't blow up like fireworks. It got hit in the cabin, the brakes got blown up and then it rolled down from the slope. The second target was a miss, and the pilot said "Blyat! Let's repeat", and the second pilot said "There is another one (car)", so they targeted it instead. The one in this video.

I think the Russian MoD in censoring the gory parts of their videos.
Look at them, these guys are out in the middle of the desert, no cover, and their vehicles are toast with no help in sight. I see little chance that the Mi-28 crews are going to let them get away. Obviously the general public isn't going to be happy over summary executions by 2A42, which I imagine could be horrendously common on this open battlefield.

I agree. Hence no up close cams of direct hits on insurgents from KAB, OFAB, etc. or 30mm, 23mm gun kills from Havoc or Hind. Tis a shame, but it does show a certain superiority over American wartime propaganda reels.

I don't think that Russian MoD goes out of its way just to censor gory parts. The thing is that most of those videos are filmed in TV mode, just with a color correction filter. On Mi-28N you can see that it is in ТVK (ТВК) mode and not in thermal mode (ТПК). So those torn apart body parts aren't glowing hot like in thermal cameras. Also the US videos in Afghanistan are filmed much closer to the targets, from 1-2 km compared to 4-5 km here. As those goat hoarders didn't have anything but AKs. So here it is not zoomed in as much. And they have much less time to stay on target. But yeah. Russian helicopters work in pairs or as a quartet. So they can just clean up after the first guy. And in the video he said that the target needs to be hit again.

How much is the range on that last Ataka strike? Is it those 4 point something in the lower part of the screen?
