Assuming a take off speed of between 250km/h and 300km/h, and starting the clock when you hear the AB kick in, here's what I got.

Average Speed : (250 + 0) / 2 = 125km/h (34.7222 m/s), OR (300 + 0) / 2 = 150km/h (41.6667 m/s)
Time: 11 seconds

T/O distance is between 34.7222 * 11 = 381 metres and 41.6667 * 11 = 458 metres.

Distances would be a little longer, since it was already rolling when the AB started. It's still not carrier distances, but with a ramp, flaps, and some chocks to hold it in place, I see it performing quite well off something like the Kuznetsov. Also note, it's a complete guess that this thing is taking off between those speeds. It just seemed about right based on other aircraft. I'd also like to point out that this is an airshow, so it is likely that the Su-57 is loaded up with a minimal amount of fuel and no payload.
