Perhaps just a big standard nuclear bunker with a few 'pillboxes' added in recent years.

Remember the West's tall tales about Bin Laden's lair in Tora Bora and all they really were were a few caves connected by a couple tunnels in one or two places? Same thing. I don't even waste my time with Western corporate state controlled media.

I wonder if this was the Horizont Air S-100 that Ukraine shot down earlier today.
*Russia uses unmanned helicopters to draw out Ukrainian air defenses
Russian troops appear to use its helicopter-type unmanned aerial systems in an effort to draw out Ukrainian air defenses.
Ukrainian troops claimed Wednesday that they shot down a Russian heavy rotary-wing drone by the British-made Starstreak missile system.
Photos of the wreckage of this unmanned aerial system were blasted across social media.
The footage showed that the drone was completely disintegrated but it is possible to identify the rotor and tail boom as well as the label that matches the Russian drone target developed by the JSC CSTS Dinamika, part of Technodinamika Group.
The system with an unmanned aerial vehicle (target drones) is designed to simulate low-speed drones and helicopters when testing prototype and modernized weapons. It includes a helicopter-type unmanned aerial vehicle with a take-off weight of over 315 kg, a ground control station, ground support facilities for the complex, and other equipment.
According to developers, the UAV complex simulates the behavior of air targets, allowing you to test new weapons in conditions as close as possible to combat.
Apparently, the Russian military is now using these systems to identify the positions of the Ukrainian air defense forces.

They probably realize that very few of those promised items will actually end up on the front lines.

Western MSM is a fact-free zone these days. The clowns who pose as "journalists" are compliant scribblers who submit word-salad to please their paymasters, nothing more. Ignore these butt-kissing clowns and assume everything they write in wartime is just a lie.

The best part is that these guns are using 155mm, while Bandera country is using 152mm. That means even if there is some ammunition left they can´t use it with the "new" guns. And if the 155mm ammo is destroyed or used the guns are worthless.

It wouldn't be a bad idea for Russia to use any old drones like the bpl Tu-143abd others to trigger a d pin point Ukrainian AD systems just like they are using Heli drones for. And while trying to goad AD systems it can still be carrying out a recce as a bonus. Or turn them into kamikaze drones. I know Russia has used these old drones for target practice in the past so not sure how many they have left
Hole wrote: Su-24M with KAB-500L. Back-up or are they being used now?
I guess they do. There is footage of target spotters with laser indicator in operation. Some explosions at Azovstal looked quite big, and they have a stock of that bombs back from the SU times. Th less expensive way to dispose of them...

Yes one would think so, but experience has shown that this stuff will be used as IED's by future insurgents. Russia will need to be wide awake and try and destroy as much of it as possible.

The orcs will just sell them on the black market. But either way they won't be getting used against Russia if they lose the guns, or ammo.
The good thing about all this as Europe clears out old stocks, it means any future conflicts around the globe that they want to support is going to cost them even more as they will only be left with the option of buying new systems for whichever band of orcs they support next. And uncle Sam will be offering EU countries rip off deals that after these current sanctions will leave EU countries with little money to buy new arms anyway

They have to say something. If they do not, they will look incompetent and weak. Reality of course is different to what they say. I have yet to read the article but I dont doubt that the amount of missiles used and various equipment lost, that Russia has lost a decent share of its fighting capabilities but that stuff is easily replenished within a few months anyway. I am assuming too that when it comes to guided artillery and rocket shells, and missiles, those take little time to replace as these are more geared for high rate production. Also, may actually bring down the cost overall for said missiles and guided rockets/shells because they are to be replaced and replenished and increased thus production goes up and so does the need for supplies.

Rosgvardia gets the best gear for their units in terms of personal gear (vests, comms, optics, etc) but funny they are driving around in that rather than typhoon which that org has plenty of. Maybe it was easily available and pushed out to get people moving asap.
Chechens with trophy tank
These Chechen units aren't geared for tank warfare. They are more specialized in urban combat. So I presume this is just a way to troll Ukrainians and hopefully the tank will be handed over to the LDNR forces as they of course need more equipment.[/quote]
