Here some interesting comments on the announcement by Putin's on possible peace conditions from Scott Ritter (from his telegram channel)

Scott Ritter wrote:Vladimir Putin just issued a major announcement during a speech delivered to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs where he set forth conditions for and end to the Special Military Operation.

As he had indicated at the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum, Russia is prepared to accept peace on the basis of the April 2022 Istanbul Communique, updated to reflect the current realities concerning Russian territorial integrity.

While Putin’s proposal was immediately rejected by Ukraine, the fact is Ukraine was not the intended audience.

Putin’s announcement was timed to impact the Switzerland Peace Conference, scheduled to begin on June 15.

It is also intended to influence discussions at the NATO Summit scheduled to convene in Washington DC in July.

The fact is, this offer is a very good offer—the best Ukraine and NATO could hope for.

But it has next to zero chance of being accepted by the West.

However, Putin has sowed the seeds of future dissent within the West, when the consequences of rejecting his offer become apparent as Russia continues to advance and make the cost of continuing a losing proposition too high for the West.

There will be a future peace offer put out by the Russians in the not so distant future.

But that one will be far more punitive than that which Putin put on the table today.

It is not about the west, it is to show the rest of the world (Africa, Asia, South America) that Russia does not want war.

"Kyiv rejected Russia's new peace proposal.

Advisor to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, Mikhail Podolyak, stated that Putin’s new initiative to resolve the conflict allegedly does not contain a “real peace proposal.”

No problem. Next proposal will have in it also Kharkov, Odessa,Nikolaev and Dnepropetrovsk.

The following one will have Kirovgrad, Poltava, Sumi Chernigov and Kiev.

And finally they will sign the capitulation giving Russia all of 404 until the polish border.

They can leave a piece around Lvov and Ternopol.
There must be some space to deport banderits that will be found.

If Putin thinks Russia should give up and just have the 5 oblasts, he needs to step down. OR be stepped down.
    End of story.

I just seen a video of a man getting kidnapped and shoved into a van

And I thought it’s crazy Ukrainians don’t resist this

But then I realized , they have no intention to resist they just think it will go away on its own

So what should happen is that their electricity , sewage system, water supply should all be destroyed

At least they can run away to Europe and they can try to kidnap them there

Right. Interestingly, during the negotiations in Istanbul, Russia did not want these districts. The controversial issue was Donbas.
It is known that the West will not participate in these negotiations and talks. So, in time, Russia may order even more.

At this point the US is unlikely to concede to Putin's proposal anyway - and he knows it. Despite all the bravado from the west and the cheering trolls on here - 404 and NATzo will never be able to destroy Russia. The longer this proxy-war continues the more territorial claims will be made from the Russian side - including Odessa etc.

I am quite surprised that you are surprised.
This shit is going on for more than a year now.
Even before "mighty peremoga Summer offensive" they were already short of meat, and that sort of things started to appear in the net.
And it is not true they don't resist.
    They do.
There are regular battles in all villages going on.
This week alone, we had a regular war between "ChVK" and paramedics, who performed a classic hostage rescue operation after one of their teams was hold by force inside the building. Where they arrived at a call from an already hostage Surprised Shocked Laughing
You can find films, where some folks are describing cars parked along Tisa river, that can be collected by anyone who wants - the owners are either on the other side of a river, or the other side of the rainbow bridge ...
A whole situation out there is, that Ukraine turned into a clear example of military-ruled camp where cannon fodder is raised. It is a pure totalitarian regime, being hold by iron hand of secret services, military and oligarchy.

I'd push that back by more than a century. The West has been at war with Russia since at least the Napoleonic period (Napoleon and then the "great game" between the British and Russians over central Asia) and maybe as far back as Ekaterina, hell possibly as far back as Peter.

Nah, what I meant was 200+300
Following Ukro math rules the result is something between 508 and 715.  scratch

    Who needs a nuke?
    ODAB-1500?

And at the end of the tunnel, there will be only one looser other than 404 itself - Europe as a whole.
The US looses, too. They are just to dumb to get it.
Currently the "country" is in a much sadder/worse state than Europe.
So damaging the EU countries just levels the playfield for the US.
    For a few years.

It is not about the west, it is to show the rest of the world (Africa, Asia, South America) that Russia does not want war.
    Exactly.
Putin can turn to any country in the Global South and tell them that he did everything to avoid a further
    escalation.
Most of the time a russian official comes up with those proposals before the next stage of actions by the
    Russian Armes Forces.

And finally they will sign the capitulation giving Russia all of 404 until the polish border.
If they don´t do it at this point Warsaw is next on the list.  lol1 lol1 lol1

Canada works fine for me, they will reunite with the old core banderit scum living there since 40s.
After that Canadian politicians will be surprised because right-wing parties are getting stronger
    in the next elections.

    Ukrian Idlib.
Idlib is keeping Syria from a real re-unification and peace.
So it´s not a good idea to keep such a cancerous area.

I suspect the response, on top of military strikes as normal, will be a huge economic move against the gradual G7 seizing of Russian assets. Billions of Western assets to be nationalised.

Meanwhile the BRICS settlement currency plans move at top speed and Saudi does not renew the 50 year Pertro$ agreement when it expired on the 5th June. The Western political class seems to have no idea how to cope (if they see it) with the financial tsunami heading there way apart from finding some excuse for declaring war in perhaps 3 months time.

Strangely Coca Cola yesterday, after the G7 grab, applied for their trademarks in Russia.

There must be some space to deport banderits that will be found.
Let them sit there enjoying superb Ukrainian ancient civilization while shitting behind the barn.

    Ukrian Idlib.

Ukrainian Gaza. I'm all for it if the Banderites get the same sort of treatment as the Palestinians do from Israel. Nothing good would come from annexing Galicia (since they'd never vote in favor of joining Russia, nor would any sane Russian want them). Historically speaking, every single Country, Kingdom, Empire and Union that took in the Galicians was eventually destroyed... all of them.
