-failed to arrest and assassinate Trump.
-stoltenberg said Poland is on its own if it shoots aircraft or missiles over Ukraines airspace.
-US Intel says ATACMS won't strike deep in Russia.
-stoltenberg says f-16s will be in Ukraines airfields.

Since it will be more impossible to steal the election for biden with how high his unpopularity is. Russia better have a dense air defense network and if their satellites suck at picking up ATACMS locations to preemptively strike their locations with drones or missiles ask the Chinese to use their many satellites for their locations. Worried about WW3 before January 20.

The mention of F-15 is an obvious error.

The Russian Ministry of Defense has announced that military personnel who are the first to shoot down Western F-15 and F-16 fighters will receive 15 million rubles (approximately $165,000 USD). The announcement was made by Ilya Potanin, director of the FORES company who will pay the bounty.

“There will also be incentives for the destruction of F-15 and F-16 combat aircraft. The reward for the first will be 15 million rubles,” Potanin stated.

Looks like the Ukrainians needed their forces elsewhere.

The withdrawal of troops from the Ukrainian cordon is the result of negotiations between the military of the two countries - President of Belarus Lukashenko commented on the de-escalation on the border with Ukraine

📝 “In this conflict, the military played the entire role. We did not involve diplomats. But we worked in diplomatic language. We have achieved success,” Lukashenko said, adding that “neither Kyiv nor Minsk needs war.”

Earlier, the Belarusian Armed Forces pulled back from the border with Ukraine after tensions with the Ukrainian side subsided.

The buses are not important, it is the people on the buses that were the target, which is why cluster munitions with fragmentation warheads were used.

You can get fragments shower an enormous area with such a warhead... and in the middle of nowhere there is very low chance of civilian casualties.

Medvedev invited the ex-leader of Pink Floyd to perform a concert for the SVO fighters, by Maxim Popov for VZGLYAD. 07.17.2024.

Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev invited co-founder and former leader of the group Pink Floyd Roger Waters to perform a concert for participants of the special military operation.

"I believe that Roger Waters' performances will be highly appreciated by our fighters. Therefore, I invite him to perform concerts for the participants of the special military operation," RIA Novosti quotes Medvedev as saying.

Let us recall that in February 2023, during a meeting of the UN Security Council, Waters stated that he considered the Russian operation in Ukraine to be provoked by other countries.

I'm not sure if "cheaper and simplified" applies to non-maneuvering, as it retained all steering elements.
It has a slightly bold body shape and steering surfaces, and lacks visible decoy dispensers.

Ninety-five Russian military personnel were returned from Ukrainian captivity to their homeland today, and the same number of prisoners of war were transferred in return, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported.

As a result of the negotiation process, 95 Russian servicemen who were in mortal danger in captivity were returned from territory controlled by the Kyiv regime,” the defense department said in a statement.

The exchange of prisoners with the Ukrainian side took place through the mediation of the United Arab Emirates.

Well to keep the same aerodynamics they will keep the same weight and design but with just fake systems.

The manoeuvring part and communication all way to the target with all the associated electronics makes it very costly for no reasons since ukrainians don't have more than a few systems that could shoot at BMs.

That would be impressive if true. They build Kilos from scratch in 2 years easily so repairing one that is 1/4 destroyed could take few months. Not impossible.

Germany will cut its military aid to Ukraine by half in 2025 - from 8 billion euros to 4 billion euros.

This was reported by Reuters with reference to the draft German budget for next year.

The government is expected to approve the document today.

    Desperation leads to desperate decisions.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has decided to transfer ammunition decommissioned before 2014 to the needs of the army - the press service of the department.

    NATO standards.

The manoeuvring part and communication all way to the target with all the associated electronics makes it very costly for no reasons since ukrainians don't have more than a few systems that could shoot at BMs.

The onboard detection equipment that detects enemy radar to manouver around SAM sites and other air defence systems could be removed to save weight and reduce costs, but it needs its ability to manouver to not just fly straight up in the air and then fall back down on the launcher when the rocket fuel runs out.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has decided to transfer ammunition decommissioned before 2014 to the needs of the army - the press service of the department.

So they are going to start using ammo deemed unsafe a decade ago and slated for destruction because it would not be safe to use...

That is going to help them...

They are even more desperate than it seems.
Ammunition set for disposal pre-2014 is Soviet origin and calibers.
They hardly have any guns for those left. Most of the artillery destroyed now is NATO provided.
It means that they are so short on artillery that will use any sort of it.
I can suggest some WW2 era pieces standing as monuments here and there ...

They are used to receive old stuff. After the US missile that malfunctioned during the 91 golf war, they will use soviet shells. At least soviet stuff specially ak-47 is quite resistant to time so it's even better for them than those fancy nato fire arms.

We are not talking about preserved strategic stocks of guns, held in wooden boxes with oil and vax paper.
It is a rusty dump of old ammo that was considered unusable a decade ago.
Unusable from the Ukrainian perspective, which was not high already.
A stuff that could not have been sold, even for pennies.
