The active actions of the units of the North group of forces, strikes by unmanned aerial vehicles, and artillery fire repelled the attack of the assault groups of the 82nd Airborne Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the direction of Russian Porechnoye.

An attack by an enemy assault group with the support of five armored combat vehicles across the State border in the direction of Gordeevka was repelled.

Army aviation, unmanned aerial vehicles and artillery fire destroyed enemy mobile groups trying to penetrate deep into Russian territory, in areas 1 km west of Anastasyevka and 1.5 km southeast of Rubber.

Clusters of manpower and equipment of the 22nd, 61st mechanized, 95th airborne assault brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the 129th Air Defense Brigade were defeated in the areas of Alexandria, Snagosti, Mirny, Kazachyaya Lokni, Korenevo, Plekhovo and Pushkarny.

In the areas of the settlements of Yunakovka and Miropole, high-precision missile strikes destroyed three launchers of the HIMARS multiple launch rocket system manufactured by the United States, two transport-loading vehicles and two escort vehicles.

Tactical air strikes were carried out on the reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, ammunition and fuel depots in the districts of Yurievo, Khoteni, Vorozhba, Ivolzhanka, Zhuravka and Boyar-Lezhachi of the Sumy region.

During the day, the losses of the Armed Forces amounted to 220 military personnel and 19 armored vehicles, including four tanks, eight armored personnel carriers and seven armored combat vehicles, as well as seven vehicles, three HIMARS MLRS launchers, two transport-loading vehicles and two field artillery guns.

In total, during the fighting in the Kursk direction, the enemy lost up to 2,860 servicemen, 41 tanks, 40 armored personnel carriers, 23 infantry fighting vehicles, 213 armored combat vehicles, 102 vehicles, four anti-aircraft missile systems, six multiple launch rocket launchers, including three HIMARS MLRS, two transport-loading vehicles, 22 field artillery guns and three electronic warfare stations.

The operation to destroy the AFU formations continues.

As evil as it is, and awful as it is for the civilians, I highly encourage the Ukes to keep focusing their weaponry on symbolic targets (Kerch Strait Bridge and Black Sea Fleet Ships headed for the Scrap Yard in a couple years anyway), farm houses and other civilian targets, and economic targets that have no connection to the war and what not. I hate civilians dying in war, but it shows most of the non indoctrinated world how fucked up Nazilensky and NATO are and it wastes equipment and material that more competent commanders would use againat Russian forces. The nazi scum who do these crimes will sooner, rather than later, swing from the gallows and what seems like good criminal fun today will end up with them very much dead.

You look at the other side of this conflict and you see Teresa May and Boris Johnson and Creepy Joe turned Sleepy Joe, and Sgt Shultz and Moron, and you look at what all this has done to Russia and for Russia... and you think for all the death and destruction... the silver lining is that this is breaking the west... and the west needs to be broken. Was this planned?

The civilian deaths are regrettable on both sides, but it starkly shows who the bad guys are and who is trying to help.

To start with I live in the west but I don't think the west has really been touched by all the damage we do to the world for the last few centuries and our leaderships and our media and our documentary makers have kept reality hidden from us all this time... a little dose of reality is going to be hard but a necessary lesson for people in the west who recognise the evil we do occasionally but actually believe we are a force for good and a shining light of democracy and peace to the world for the less developed countries to follow.

When they follow and grow and develop we smack them down and start wars and impose sanctions on them and call them evil... how else can you explain the treatment of China and Russia and Iran and even Saudi Arabia when it suits us.

The real irony is that if you look at the morality and ethics of BRICS then politically it is actually an ethical coffee programme but for everything.

Of course if the west is so damn good and ethical... why does there need to be ethical coffee?

And why isn't there ethical everything else... is coffee the only thing we are prepared to pay a decent price for to help those who make it?

Of course the only other thing is cocaine.

Giving a dollar a day to help some kid in Africa is not helping Africa. Paying a fair price for diamonds and other things extracted from Africa is how to help Africa, but that is too high a price to pay for the west... well BRICS is going to replace the west for the rest of the world so they can trade fairly and develop and grow as countries without the west holding them down and limiting them.

Yeah, Russian command is shit at their job. Entire command should be sacked and someone more competent should be in.

They didn't even bother to evacuate civilians that now would have to be evacuated but by boat. Even Ukraine is evacuating civilians in Sumy and this is a regime who doesn't give a shit usually.

Ukraines gonna hold a position Russia will have to go through the rear rather than direct. Now bridges are out.

This will mean Russia will have to go into Sumy and then cut off the Ukrainian forces there.  Maybe hence why Russia is bombing sumy hard currently.

That said, now civilians in this area will be used as hostages.

The Russians should have evacuated the people. So that Ukraine can't harden their positions as Russia could bomb the area relentlessly

In the Kursk region, Ukrainian formations are not abandoning their attempts to advance deep into Russian territory. The areas where Ukrainian personnel and equipment are concentrated are being attacked by operational-tactical aviation and artillery crews of the Russian Armed Forces.

Among other things, positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the border area of ​​Sumy Oblast are being shelled. Thus, in Osoyevka, Lancet UAV operators launched a drone strike on members of Ukrainian formations who had stopped near a minibus on the street.

A difficult operational situation is developing in the Glushkovsky district . The Ukrainian Armed Forces have begun massive shelling of bridges in this area. As a result of several strikes from the HIMARS MLRS during the day, one of the spans of the bridge over the Seim River in Glushkovo was destroyed, which makes it unusable.

In addition, the enemy is using old tactical missiles "Tochka-U", presumably, as a result of the detonation of which volunteers of the "People's Front" were killed in Glushkovo today. Also, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are striking the bridge in Zvannoye . In this way, the enemy is trying to destroy the logistics routes of the Russian Armed Forces, probably preparing for an invasion in this area from the side of Tetkino .

In Korenevsky district , near the border in Gordeyevka , fire damage was inflicted on enemy equipment. The positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were fired upon on the approaches to Korenevo and Snagost . South of Kremyanoye , FAB-500 strikes with UMPK were carried out on the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, east of the village, the configuration of the front was clarified: judging by the bombs arriving in the area of ​​forest belts, active clashes are also taking place in this area.

In the area of ​​Kauchuk and Anastasyevka, the enemy unsuccessfully tried to improve its tactical position. At the same time, Ukrainian formations continue to publish "tik-toks": for example, the presence of members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the entrance sign to Zeleny Shlyakh was captured on the Internet.

In the Sudzhansky district , there are clashes in the suburbs of Sudzha near Mirny and Kazachya Loknya , an enemy attack has been repelled in the area of ​​Russkoye Porechny .

In the Belovsky district, Russian troops have restored positions in the area of ​​the settlement of Giri , and fighting continues in the area of ​​Kamyshny and Spalny .
