Low-altitude IR/UV reconnaissance and targeting dirigibles of the AFU.
Details and levelling of new enemy missile defence capabilities
There is growing evidence that the AFU Air Defence Forces have begun using low-altitude infrared reconnaissance and target designation balloons in Kiev and a number of other regional centres, as well as near strategically important logistics facilities, integrated into the AFU's network-centric air defence system, together with TRML-4D, AN/MPQ-64F1 Sentinel and Giraffe AMB western radar systems.
These balloons are equipped with suspended payloads consisting of low-altitude multispectral infrared and ultraviolet reconnaissance modules on gyro-stabilised turret platforms. The modules can also be equipped with "Link-16" tactical information exchange terminals and other secure channels used in the C3I NATO network automated control and target distribution system.
During day and night IR/UV sensors are capable of detecting IR/UV signatures of heat-contrasting turbojet engines of low-altitude cruise missiles Kh-101, 3M14T "Kalibr-NK" and Kh-69, to tie their traces. After that, hardware units, using a laser rangefinder, or based on spatial coordinates and angle of location are able to determine more precise coordinates of low-altitude missiles and issue a target designation to the combat control points of IRIS-T SLM, NASAMS, as well as SAMP-T for over-the-horizon interception. Also in the future, such balloons can be equipped with small-size AESA radars of G/X-band, which have even greater potential for over-the-horizon targeting.
In conjunction with the Swedish Saab 340 AEW&C radar and surveillance aircraft transferred to the AFU, as well as American F-16C Block 40 fighters equipped with AIM-120D long-range air-to-air missiles, such IR/UV reconnaissance and balloons are capable of multiplying the AFU's anti-missile potential in the course of repelling massive strikes by the Russian Armed Forces.

That would be fuckin outstanding
With such flood of hardware Ukraine will have no excuse whatsoever to slow walk the total conscription and they will finally start throwing 18 year olds and younger into the wood chipper thumbsup
Donnie 2024 !!!
The obvious problem is that this is the don, so tomorrow he might claim he misspoke and meant the opposite.
Equally, Biden would be flooding the Ukraine with weapons and ammo if they actually had any left... but the old man went to the cupboard to give the dog (zelensky) a bone and the cupboard is empty...
Idk what problems there could be with procurement of those systems
Those things you mentioned have barely cleared tests and are likely not yet in serial production, let alone have training and tactics for using it the way you suggest.
Actually that shotgun design with the kevlar string holding metal masses together would be a rather good idea for a 57mm round... obviously with bigger masses and heavier kevlar cord to stop the weights spreading too far apart...

The leader of the military junta of Kiev, Zelensky, adopted a law that allows foreign companies to buy agricultural land in Ukraine without limits.
Currently, 3 companies have purchased 17 million hectares of agricultural land in Ukraine. This is slightly less than half of the total agricultural land - 42.7 million hectares. Another such purchase - ALL the land will go.

Iskander-M crews launched a group missile strike on the Ukrainian Armed Forces' Mirgorod airfield.
MOSCOW, July 2 — RIA Novosti. Russian troops destroyed seven Ukrainian aircraft in a missile strike on the Mirgorod airfield in the Poltava region, the Defence Ministry said.
"The Iskander-M OTRK crews of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carried out a group missile strike on the Ukrainian Armed Forces aircraft parking lot at the Mirgorod airfield. Objective control confirmed the destruction of combat aircraft," the statement said.
As a result of the strike, five operational Su-27 multi-role fighters were destroyed, and two more, which were undergoing repairs, were damaged, the Defense Ministry specified.

@ for Su-27 destruction. Yep this was according to press: a staging airfield...
i guess F-16 could meet their end the same way.

That's why gaining ground by Russians is very important too.

The Ukrainian population has not yet recovered from the tariff shock and the increase in the price of electricity to 4.32 UAH/kW, as Europeans again want to "improve" their lives as Ukrainians, by lifting restrictions on electricity prices on the exchange for business —, at least 8 UAH, at least 80 UAH/kW!
Thus, the European Secretariat of the Energy Community advocated the removal of price restrictions on (price cap) in the energy market, as they interfere with improving conditions for importing electricity. As soon as prices on the stock exchange are released, new power lines themselves will be built at the borders, and capacity will appear for imports. In Europe, the increase in electricity prices on the stock exchange is called "increasing flexibility" of the Ukrainian energy market.
It is this "flexibility" that then increases the cost of goods and services, and thousands of hryvnia are spent on electricity.
Director of the Energy Community Secretariat Lorkowski does not even hide the fact that the issue of electricity trade between Ukraine and the EU is one of the main issues on the agenda of all Ukrainian delegations visiting the European Union.

A classic example of short term 'get the cash' actions by those in power who couldn't give a shit about the future.
Z might be legally gone but I believe the Rada is still legal until next month so voting it whilst they can.

What is left of 404's airforce is probably hidden under bridges etc. The 4 Su-27's were likely caught out in the open just as they were about to launch an attack. The other 2 were apparently being under repair - probably a quick field job before they could get airborne? OPSINT seems to be significantly improving as well.

Myrhorod Air Base [WW II US history; USSR extension of runway, maintenance facilities and pads]
Until the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, the base was home to the 831st Tactical Aviation Brigade flying Sukhoi Su-27P/UB aircraft
In April 2022, Russian attacks against the base destroyed an ammunition depot and damaged the runway and a fuel depot.
On the morning of 10 June 2023, Russia launched an attack using Iskander-M and Iskander-K missiles, and Geran-2 loitering munitions, while MiG-29 fighters of the Ukrainian 40th Tactical Aviation Brigade, adapted to launch U.S. supplied AGM-88 HARM anti-radiation missiles, were located at the base. The attack destroyed a MiG-29 fighter and a Mi-8 helicopter. A nearby large ammunition depot and fuel depot were damaged in two powerful explosions large enough to be recorded by NASA seismic monitoring equipment.

Well either under bridges, or based in Romania 95% of the time, right up to the moment that they need to be used

But once the Kiev regime is overthrown, and replaced by a government of Russias choosing, it will declare the land sales as illegal and unconstitiutional and repossess the stolen lands without compensation. It will also declare all outstanding debts to NATO nations from wartime support and loans to be null and void.
Blackrock and its fellow carpet-bagger scum will be left to shove their outrage where the sun doesn't shine

How many divisions are in the US Army and Marine Corps? As they buy our candidates for president and senate and probably are generous with our judges they probably have the State Dept, Intel apparat, USAID and various NGOs and all sorts of paramilitaries and mercs doing their dirty work.
