Ok... But spend just a while thinking about it. Had the seps really discovered a burial site of hundreds of executed people, it would be in their best interest to provide an irrefutable evidence for it - there would be videos and dozens of photos, they would have invited journalists, provided data about the place etc. Russian TV (and other commercial TV stations) would DIE for such a material. Instead we only hace some hearsay, together with a photo from 20 years ago, from a completely unrelated place. Even a 10 years old child wouldn't accept such a "proof".

The photo isn't a proof, just an illustration. There is no proof of this information, as with many other messeges from all around the world, especially from warzones. There were the proofs of Iraq chemical weaons for example? Even if there were photos, the information must be investigated by professionals (as the shooting on the Maidan during the riots in Kiev, for example).
And yes, there is a demand for organs which supports a black market that feeds in no-law corners of the world such as warzones. One man die for the benefit of other, as usual

Ukrainian forces suffer fresh losses in a rebel raid in the separatist east, as the newly-elected president promised to hold his first talks with Russia's Vladimir Putin on easing the worst East-West standoff since the Cold War.

The volunteer National Guard said on Wednesday that gunmen had sprung a surprise raid on their barracks in the flashpoint Lugansk region near Russia that had been under effective rebel control since early April.

"There have been losses both in the ranks of the military unit and the attacking side," the National Guard said in a brief statement.

The rebel group's struck a day after Ukraine claimed to have regained control of the rust belt region's main international airport in Donetsk after its most ferocious attack of the seven-week campaign which left more than 40 guerrillas dead. [AFP]

All of the 80 Ukrainian troops holed up at a Lugansk military base have surrendered to self-defense forces who stormed the military installation hosting the Ukrainian National Guard.

The initial assault lasted for 10-15 minutes with almost unceasing gunfire, witnesses say. A video reportedly filmed near the attacked facility has appeared on YouTube.
There are conflicting reports on casualties and the outcome of the attack, which took place on the territory of an Air Force academy. Earlier, at least one Ukrainian soldier was reported to be seriously injured.
According to RT’s Paula Slier, one anti-government protester was killed in the gunfight and there have been several injures on both sides. All of the 80 Ukrainian soldiers holed up at the base surrendered, reported RIA Novosti. The servicemen were escorted out of the building as the other side applauded.Self-defense commander Gennady Tsepkalo also confirmed to journalists that all troops have surrendered. He promised that all soldiers will be sent home shortly.it had earlier been reported that only ten troops surrendered and others barricaded themselves inside the base, with some of the soldiers saying that their captain had orbidden them from surrendering.

These events come as Kiev has intensified military operations in eastern Ukraine. On Wednesday, Kiev mortar shells hit a school and a kindergarten in Slavyansk, injuring at least nine civilians.

How do we know it was an Igla missile? it could have been any cheap manpad from soviet union or even shot down by artillery.

About the 80 Ukrainians soldiers arrested.. im in shock ,how can kiev send teens to a war ,those soldiers seems conscripts 16-18 year old ,
that joined the army just last week. Totally unprepared for any combat.. This war needs to stop.. If Russia had invaded not only right sector
nazis will have been wiped but many hundreds if not thousands of young conscripts that were forced to to fight , or simply didn't had a Job
and had no choice. Hopefully they will not be killed by Kiev for surrendering.

aside note.. in the photos earlier ,after grad rockets ,seems like Smerch rockets too.Didn't knew Ukraine had Smerch precision artillery ,that one is quite dangerous ,specially if they have the Lazer guided artillery and anti personal mines artillery.

OMG.. this can't be truth..   Shocked

About 1,200 Ukrainian army soldiers have been killed during a special operation in Slaviansk, and eight helicopters and 15 armored vehicles were destroyed, Slaviansk people's mayor Vyacheslav Ponomaryov said Thursday.

According to our information, the Ukrainian army has the following losses and damages: 1,200-1,300 people were killed, eight helicopters, 15 armored transport vehicles, and three [artillery] weapons destroyed. They are suffering huge losses. I’m speaking only about Slaviansk," Ponomaryov said in an interview with the Latvian radio station Baltkom.

    http://en.ria.ru/world/20140529/190221116/1200-Ukrainian-Soldiers-Dead-in-Slaviansk-Special-Op--Peoples.html

How?  8 helicopters? 1200 ukrainian army soldiers? is he drunk? or thats just propaganda?
If anything of that is remotely truth , it could only be explained that they got new huge reinforcement with really good modern weapons..
and maybe perhaps they got help from Russia spetnaz forces very well armed..

If this is confirmed to be true.. it will be a major full scale war ,and hopefully all the people killed were right sector nazis.
Not even in Syria in 3 years have seen such kind of loses in just one city or its entire territory.

How do we know it was an Igla missile? it could have been any cheap manpad from soviet union or even shot down by artillery.

    Yes correct.
I think it was just heavy machine gun or artillery fire.
IGla needs a little bit of training.
It has a thermal lock on before missile is fired.
It can intercept "all" types of aircrafts even supersonic cruise missiles. Anything which flies.
    Ukranian MIG-29 cannot escape Igla.
It has a range of more than 6 km ..
    nothing can escape.. igla -s
even those UAV or aircrafts that have nothing to do with conflict.

Only thing is Militia dont have it or they have very old versions and very few pieces.

    During Donetsk Airport firefight,
If they had Igla-s(10 -20 people with Igla-s trained )then
DNR militias would not have suffered any casualty.

Most of the casualty occured because of Mi-24 gunships straffing the militia at the airport.

Some training simulator for igla-s. Donetsk people need this simulator

Operator training can be provided by the 9F859 Konus versatile simulator,
developed specifically for the Igla-S system. It also includes training means for Igla and Igla-1 system operators.

haha @ loses. It's lie. Even in Grozny assault there were fewer loses.
Check Anna news. Rebels are fighting eachother. They have their own junta, a group of them wearing white bands took over other rebel HQ. Some of them are looting. What did I say about chechens?
And what training does IGLA need? 5 minutes and you are ace. I've have learned how to use GROM in same time.

Did I ever say how much time you would need to become an ace..

is this the topic that I was discussing.. here..

I was talking about DNR militia and ordinary laymen ..
They should also know to handle igla in tense situations .. under heavy gunfire..

and also I talked about complete lack of igla systems at donetsk firefight ..

I doubt this numbers are for Slavyansk battle only, but for whole Donbass region and than those could become quite real. We know for 5 helicopters shot down and at least 1 destroyed on the ground. There was quite a number of BMP-2 and BTRs destroyed and some captured, so numbers could be correct. About soldiers, I don't think there was actually 1200 ukrainian soldiers killed, but they most probably include here all Right sector fighters, mercs, natsguard, private armies, SBU units, etc. Their numbers of killed could be quite high, as many of them are note combat capable against armed enemy. Their numbers could be in shadow, as no one take them in statistics as they are not regular state soldiers.

Ukrainian army could replace those BTRs and BMPs with ex-Iraqi BTR-4, but they could not replace helicopters. Ukraine doesn't produce them.
