Wrong, China has less than USA and even more less than USA.
Beside that...Russia has a very low standard. Why should Russia rise Syria on standard above themself? And the russian standard is on low...Iran is a perfect example...trade with Russia and China...and are a shithole. They crave for our products. Not the shit Russia delivers.
The USA has $22T debt, 21% of it in China, wastes $ on its MIC, NATO & bases around the world-that's why Trump demands more $ from them & Korea. He's happy to sell arms to the Saudis, the biggest sponsors of terror, just because they can pay & r in the cold war with Iran. Russia uses Syria as an unsinkable a/c carrier in the ME & China will extend a branch of its New Silk Road there, via Iran &/Turkey- & all won't be losing anything from it, only gain. Iran is now also a link between India & Russia; their trade will only grow.
Russia & China r now developing a wide body passenger plane & won't be craving Airbus or Boeing anymore- what other products r there they can't live without? FYI:
From a continental perspective, 64.7% of French exports by value are delivered to fellow European countries while 17.6% are sold to Asian importers. France ships another 9.3% to North America with another 5.1% worth of French goods arriving in Africa. Smaller percentages went to Latin America (1.9%) excluding Mexico but including the Caribbean, and to Oceania (0.9%) led by Australia.http://www.worldstopexports.com/frances-top-10-exports/
The top import origins of Syria are Turkey ($1.15B), China ($1.09B), Lebanon ($246M), Egypt ($217M) and South Korea ($215M).https://atlas.media.mit.edu/en/profile/country/syr/
From the above, France doesn't sell much to China, Iran, Russia & Syria. It's not the indispensable nation, by any stretch!
France lost on Mistral deal with Russia thanks to the US pressure- good luck asking Trump for compensation on that! On top of that, she is wasting $ & lives in Africa after the Libyan fiasco a la US in Iraq & Afghanistan.
Colombia and Brazil have no air forces to defend themselves
IMO, they can still put up a fight: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_active_Brazilian_military_aircraft#Current_inventory

But it's less risky to support separatism & guerrillas there, to make intervention in Venezuela very costly. Otherwise, the US would send B-2s/-1Bs/-52s, CSGs & MEUs to bomb the shit out of Venezuela & land marines there, as in Vietnam.
